"I want a place where my whole family can relax and spend more time together after weeks of stressful work and studies in the city. My children also came up with an incredibly cute name for this place, 'Chili Garden'." That's the sharing from Mrs. Yến when she approached AMD to build for herself a "second home."

With that desire in mind, AMD proposed a solution based on three key factors: local climate, open view orientation, and usage needs.

The house modules are elevated to create additional space below for versatile activities such as dining, parties, and sports. The primary view orientation of the house modules follows the North-South axis and stretches along the plot of land to minimize direct sunlight exposure and enhance the quality of the viewing area.
